Submission ending doesn't work.

Every guide I've found has said this and it makes no sense. It's says, for submission ending, "Choose option 1" and then it says option 1 is "And what would that be?" But option 2 is "And what would that be?" Option 1 is "You're going down the wrong road, Kamishiro" So which one am I actually supposed to choose?

The dialog options for the most part are just filler. Certain ones can raise her mood color but that's about it. Also looking at certain areas of the body is filler. You can look at each spot 2 times for a submission gain but it makes no difference where.
